I have been renting here for five years or more. I have never had a problem with any sort of wetness or damage to any of my goods that I stored here. It's pretty well lit at night, I can see my door well. My only complaint is that if something happened to my automatic payment, like a credit card expired, they are quick to put a lock on the door, but not so quick to get ahold of you to tell you these things. That being said, when I have had to call they have always been friendly.
We have had a very big storage unit here. They are ok storage units but the business has no idea what is going on. We have paid months in advance and had a lock put on our unit. We also have been a week late on the unit and they put a lock on it. We have had the unit for 3 years. We are sometimes late and sometimes pay ahead, but we always pay. We have had to wait for over a week when we have paid and there is a lock on to get it off. Everyone we have talked to doesn't know what the conversation was if we talk to someone else. We will get our stuff out and never go to this one again . We have been charged late fees when we have paid up also .
