I am a Contractor and have been buying from Rogers & Tenbrook for twenty years. I spend thousands and thousands of dollars every year because I believe in supporting small local businesses. I purchased a Bostitch trim nailer eight months ago from the Wayland store and only used it about four or five times. Went to use the nail gun recently and it broke. I didn't think much about it cause the gun came with a seven year warranty. I brought the gun back to Rogers & Tenbrook ( where I purchased it) and they said "sure no problem we will send it out for repairs." You will have it back in about three days. Two weeks later the gun was in and they told me it will be $51.00 First of all the gun brand new was only about $120.00 so I paid almost half of what the gun was brand new. I asked about the seven year warranty and was told " we are not a Bostitch service dealer". Why wouldn't they tell me that when I brought it in for repairs. After all these years I will never buy another tool ( I have bought many in the past) at Rogers & Tembrook and I would strongly recommend that no one else does either. I am very upset at this point cause the sales guy could have told me to take it to a Bostitch repair shop. NEVER AGAIN!!!! LOWES ALL THE WAY!!!!
Some of their prices are a little high, but they are very convenient for people who live here and don't want to drive a half hour or more to get things for home projects.
